Habitat Restoration
As a horticulturist Michael is naturally drawn to plants and their native habitats. In moving to The SF bay area Michael has learnt of the many unique micro climates that exist and ultimately the fortunate ability to grow almost any type of plant.Over the years, California's indigenous habitat and native plant material has become a prominent interest for Michael and therefore has encouraged him to promote habitat restoration in both residential and commercial projects. In recent years GD has tried to promote eco-friendly gardens with the use of native plant material and sustainable resources. With an ever increasing acceptance /drive of "environmentally friendly" lifestyles, where better than your landscape to make a significant impact.
